No power and no cars

Tree fell on dh truck in the storm. Power lines are all over the front of my house and we canít move any of the cars. We are walking to get gas for the generator. Iím ok with it. The tree could have destroyed my house if it fell the opposite way. I also wanted to cut down the tree, now itís down.

I'm glad everyone is ok. We had around 100 trees fall in my 1.5 sq mile town! Luckily everyone is ok but some did land on homes and there is a lot of damage.

Wow! You have such a great attitude about it. Free tree removal? (At the expense of your dh's truck?)

I am glad that everyone is well and your house is standing. Hopefully you won't have any problems with insurance.

We've been through some storms like that and its a bummer, especially having no power! I haven't experienced losing a vehicle, but what a pain! Do you have an update?
