Most are easy because they use household items which are easily found and cost little. Each experiment has a lab sheet so students can read and follow directions. They are all pretty fun and many have a WOW factor.

can really help make science fun. Science was not really my thing when I first started teaching. I had teachers who made we feel like if I meed up the lab I was going to fail. So instead of enjoying the experimentation process I dreaded it. After I analyzed those feelings I starting trying to make the hands on science in my elementary class fun so kids get hooked on science and want to know more. Sciencebob.com really helped make me a better science teacher.

Steve Spangler's site has several experiments- such as elephant toothpaste, bending water, and create a compass.

Not experiments, but I LOVE scholastic's STUDY JAMS videos, activities, quizzes for Math and Science.

I agree! Study Jams is an excellent site for science (and math) even though it does not share experiments.
