Login cards

I teach 11 second grade computer classes. Each student has 5 different login usernames and passwords.

Any advice or suggestions as to the easiest way to create login cards so they donít have to memorize all of these usernames and passwords?

Iíve tried some templates but it seems like they get all messed up between formatting and when I start typing information into them. It seems everything I try is more difficult than it should be.

Thank you!

I would use Avery labels, then stick onto index cards. They have templates for the particular label (number on package).

I wouldnít laminate - just have a master list so you can quickly write the info onto a blank index card when needed.

I would color code each class if possible. Then assign numbers to students per class. Then write the number in right hand corner of index cards so you can sort them easily, if needed.

I love organizing!
Good luck

How many in each class?

For an individual class, I have gone to Lowes or Home Depot and nab a bunch of paint sample cards.

I am not sure you want to do that though if it is a lot of kids...

But you could do similar--Write them on colored index cards and put them on rings by the class.
