If anyone has the treasures curriculum and uses the leveled readers that come with the material, I am wondering how you manage/store/keep handy (?) all the books. They came in great display boxes by group A, O, B. I also have science leveled readers and nonfiction leveled readers that go with the rest. (That's alot of books!) I am trying to organize to better access them in my small group area. As of now, I have a shelf behind my table that all books the kids use sit on. I can't seem to get a picture on yet - Thanks for any input.

My readers are organized by topics- Plays, Inventors, Florida, Science, Explorers etc. The teacher who had them before me did a great job of sorting them. Each section is labeled with topics and/or titles. It worked great for me last year. Before that, my own set was as the company set them up. I could never find anything!

How do you use the leveled readers with your students? Do you put them in centers? If so what activities do you have your students do with them after they read them?
