I am going away and won't be back until Monday--So I am posting early!

Valentine's Day Biggest Loser Challenge! This is our second week weigh-in! We'll weigh-in every Sunday and I shall send a "little something" to the weekly winner.

Weight lost/gained: my first time on the scale, but it's up 12 pounds since october

Goals:
1. remember my shock when I stood on the scale every time I think about putting something in my mouth
2. go to the gym Monday & Wednesday, do at least 30 minutes on the bike with some weights as well
3. make a weekly menu and stick to it.

I'm joining in this week. It feels good to be back, and to have my motivation back.

Goals:
1. Drink more water....not doing so well with this one.
2. Eat less red meat....have planned a much healthier menu for the upcoming week.
3. Avoid sweets....sigh....this is the hardest.....
4. Continue to exercise....have slacked on this the past week, as I've been under the weather...but hitting the treadmill today! Goal is to burn at least 1000 calories each day!

Thankful for the 1.4% weight loss this week! At least I'm heading in the right direction....

Goals:
1. Stick to water drinking water - no soda this week! I had 3 pops yesterday! Eeek!
2. Buy fruits and veggies and prep them in snack friendly ways to make them more "accessible" to me.
3. Replace some of my computer time with exercise time!

This is how I lose so I'm not frustrated. I lost 2 pounds last week, stayed the same this week and I'm sure (as long as I keep tracking what I eat and stay honest!) I'll see a loss next week.

1. Really stick with counting calories. Soooo hard! I have an allowance of 1200 and my husband has 2400! I need to stick to controlled portions.
2. Continue to work out at least 5 days. Sprints are helping me so much and spin.
3. Drink half my body weight in ounces of water.

I'd been doing this for a while, then gave up. My weight has gone way back up. Last week I started again so I'm going to start here again too.
