BMI: 41.4


Goals:
1. Continue to walk at least a mile every morning on the Nature Trail
2. Stay true to the Nutrisystem program—(Just fudged on it today for the 1st time!)
3. Drink lots of water!

Successes: Stayed on the Nutrisytem plan this week---walked every day!

Frustrations: Just cheated big time—right this very minute…it will not happen again!!!

Goals/Successes/Frustrations:
My military SO was home for the weekend after being away for months. So, I had a very, very happy weekend...filled with lots and lots of food. I'm not surprised that I gained this weekend. Back on the wagon as of this morning!


(On an unrelated note, SO and I are now officially engaged after 8 years together! We're going to get married in July or August, depending on when they let him come home.)

Weight lost: -2 poundS

Goal by August 23: 279 (that's 2 pounds a week)more now, since I went backwards...

Goals:
1. Eat less - didn't make this, had 1 or 2 good days
2. Exercise regularly - exercised 3 days last week, aiming for 5 this week
3. Food journal - haven't really started this yet, did 1 day but didn't continue

Overall, I did better than last week, but I still want more! I really need to start counting calories so I can lost a bit more each week. I need to be strict with myself.

Goals:
1. Eat a more balanced diet
2. Follow the couch to 5k program
3. Run a 5k

I am still lacking motivation but things are getting better.

Goals:
1. keep track of food on Daily Plate (www.livestrong.com)
2. exercise 5 days a week, 3 days of weights
3. enjoy my summer- get out and have fun

Successes: did weights 3 days

Frustrations: I think I might be restricting my calories too much, no energy to do anything. Going to try and eat smarter this week.

Goals:
1. Keep Drinking water
2. More bike rides
3. More salads and/or veggies

Successes: Rode the bike again and didn't have to push up the hills. I love Gears!

Frustrations: None, feeling good just losing!

Current weight: 220

Weight lost/gained: +2 Guess this is what happens when I stopped goin to the gym and haven't gotten back there since school was out!

BMI: 39.9

Goal by August 23: 180 (10 weeks = 4 lbs/week)

Goals:
1. Exercise 5 days / week. Why is exercising so difficult to get started? When I was doing it before the end of school, I went religiously!
2. Less dining out. (I should start saving the $ that I would normally spend for a family of 3). Still ate out too much. Got to plan for more meals at home.
3.
Clean, organize, and de-clutter my house. Slowly but surely, coming along.


Successes: Fixed more dinners at home. \
Frustrations: Need to get to the gym and NEED to get on a better schedule!
