1. I'm sort of one now. My brother and I are renting our parents house to a buddy of his.
2. My summer plans involve reading up on how to transition to a 1 to 1 classroom and hopefully do some tutoring to earn a few extra bucks.
3. I have a few books, the ones that were gifts from my aunts.
4. My plans are the usual - groceries and laundry and a nice walk in the park. It's suppose to be a beautiful day!

1. Have you ever been a landlord?
No, and don't ever plan to

2. Do you have any summer plans yet?
We're still discussing travel plans - probably a quick trip to Ontario for the baby to meet family and friends; and a long weekend or 2 somewhere in NS. Other than that, lots of outside time: gardening, walks, park, beach

3. Do you still have any of your childhood books?
I have almost all of them! My parents cleaned out their attic this summer and my mom and I went through them. I have several bins in my basement of books that I'll either use in my classroom or read with my own kids. My mom has a bunch as well so we have books for Gramma's house.

4. What are your plans for today?
I have laundry in and I'm hoping to get a shower - that's all that was on this new mom's to-do list! If we have a happy day we might get down to visit my mom.

1. Have you ever been a landlord?
No

2. Do you have any summer plans yet?
Finish my BCBA (one more class!) and work at an autism clinic for field experience hours

3. Do you still have any of your childhood books?
No. My mom gave a lot away, most of my childhood books were paperbacks that I "loved" hard.

4. What are your plans for today?
Drive to nearby big city to get fingerprinted for out-of-state certification. Wish I had the funds to hang out and do something fun, but will probably just turn around and come right back. Spend the rest of the day resting, doing laundry and getting ready for a job interview this coming week.

1. Have you ever been a landlord? No. I know a lot of people who are and I don't want to do that job.
2. Do you have any summer plans yet? Yep! Yellowstone this year.
3. Do you still have any of your childhood books? Yes. I have one that I never returned to my fifth grade teacher (now passed, I'm sure). For this reason I never care too much if students return the books from my class library and I replenish periodically.
4. What are your plans for today? Got to fix the kitchen faucet and BBQ some steaks.

1. I am a landlord. When my parents' left me their house, I turned it over to a property manager to rent. Best financial decision I ever made.
2. No summer plans yet.
3. No childhood books (unless HS yearbooks count--I can't seem to ditch them).
4. This morning I will go for a long walk (attempting to destroy the +2 lbs from yesterday's grand indulgence) and take care of DH. Good day.

1. Have you ever been a landlord?
No. Considered it before selling childhood home and decided I didn't want the headache.

2. Do you have any summer plans yet?
I will be newly retired! De cluttering attic and 3 weeks at the lake, for starters.

3. Do you still have any of your childhood books?
A few. Mostly fairy tales that I passed on to my DDs. Will now get passed on to GS.

4. What are your plans for today?
Don't know yet. Maybe gardening if it doesn't rain. Or a trip to Half Moon Bay, or a mani pedi. Or all three!

1. We have not been landlords in the traditional way, but we own a condo that is rented out during the summer season by different people for usually a weekend or a few days. So there is not one permanent tenant, but many short term renters. Kind of like a hotel room.

2.Eight or nine jazz festivals, including the Newport Jazz Festival. Trip to Boston and New York City. Some band gigs, and a few booths at craft fairs for my new business.

3. No

4. Not much. Maybe dinner out later.

1. Have you ever been a landlord? No

2. Do you have any summer plans yet? Yes--rest, relax and read--and I will enjoy every minute of it. Also, I swim a whole lot during the summer. I lose all that weight I gain during the school year. !

3. Do you still have any of your childhood books? All the books I had were loved a lot and wore out. They were all paperback. I did have a few hardbacks that were put into my classroom library when I first started teaching, but the kids must have loved them like I did because the books "mysteriously" disappeared over time. And that is okay with me.

4. What are your plans for today? Well, for the most part, I am resting, relaxing and reading. But I do have to guard our donkey today while my husband puts more bails of hay in the haystock for the cows. Also, I am going grocery shopping this evening because tomorrow my team of teachers are meeting to decorate the hallways for the upcoming STAAR test this week.

No, I've never been a landlord. I've seen too many of my friends do it and regret it.
This summer my siblings and I have to go to our child hood home to clean out 50 plus years of mom's stuff and get the house ready to sell. Anyone want a VERY large house with a pool and traditional Japanese landscaping in Spokane for a ridiculously low price of 280? 6 bed rooms, 3 bath, 2 kitchens, full basement? As is. ???
I don't think there are any of my books left in the house. My mom gave them all to some refugees from Vietnam way back in the day.
Today, I've already cleaned the downstairs and made the hubster breakfast.
Maybe I'll go shopping later?

Yes, I've rented my house out for about 3 years now.

Summer - I plan to create some artwork. I make batiks as wall hangings, maybe pillows too. I plan to swim at a nearby lake a lot. I plan to get into better physical shape. I also plan to visit family and have meals outdoors.

I have one book. My parents brought it back from England for my 7th birthday.

I drove out to retrieve my belongings from a friends house. Went to the post office, attended a celebration of life at a Thai food restaurant. Have had my granddaughter with me all day. Later tonight grading papers and entering scores into computer.
