Ordered Xmas Cards

I just found an Etsy shop that has unused vintage Christmas cards with envelopes. I looked at dozens and selected my favorite designs so everyone will receive a different style card. I love it!

Who else still mails Christmas cards?

I LOVE sending and receiving Christmas cards! I make greeting cards, so I enjoy making my own and making each one uniquely "fit" the receiver. You reminded me I need to start making some!

I LOVE the idea of sending unused vintage cards!

Being able to create your own cards is wonderful! Good for you Eliza4one. Please show us your cards when you can.

WalkDontRun that is great that you are not wasting cards. The people who receive them will never know. Waste not want not.

Amiga I love your card! Too cute! It fits where you live perfectly.

Christmas cards

I just ordered my Christmas photo cards today. My DS and DDIL got married this year so I had a good picture for once! I love receiving holiday cards, and I send one every year. My list is about 30-35 people, so it isn't too bad.

Christmas Cards

I started sending more cards after I retired and had time to do it. Bought the cards and stamps last year but was still wearing the brace from surgery and it was to painful to write.

I have been sending UNICEF Christmas cards the last few years. I went to two Hallmark stores today (buy one, get one). One of the stores had no boxed cards yet, and they didn't know when they were getting them. The other store had a few boxes of a brand I wasn't interested in.

I’m waiting on a file from DS wedding and then I need to get a good photo of the dog and mine should be ordered this week. We usually send out about 40 or so cards. I also make cards, but I still like the photo cards for Christmas, I make a lot of gift tags though.

I love the idea of individual cards. I just wrote 40 personal thank you notes to all the staff for giving me a belated retirement mini surprise party and gift. They loved it.

I make cards with my Cricut machine. I give them to family and friends with their gifts. I don't mail as many as I used to though.

I love snail mail and Christmas cards. I typically buy my cards at rummage sales and garage sales, especially Christmas cards. I love picking the "right " card for each person. No shopping since Co-Vid, but I definitely have enough for this year.
Some years I can't afford stamps, but when I can I have about 15-20 cards to mail. Sadly I receive only a handful in return. Did I mention how very much I love snail mail?

I mail Christmas cards using the ones I receive from the charities I donate to. My favorite to send are from the Seeing Guide Dogs.

My hat is off to everyone who makes their own, that's a lot of work to do.

I'm with you Dorothy, I enjoy sending things through snail mail. Its fun to not always get junk mail.

Amiga, you card is so cute. I love Santa's backside
