Adverb poetry?

We have been studying adverbs. I'd like to have the students write poetry that includes adverbs. Do any of you have any poetry forms or examples that might fit the bill?

I don't have anything specific, but when I'm teaching a concept (such as adverbs, verbs, similes, alliteration, etc.) and want to tie it to poetry, I try to tie it to the holiday/season we are currently in.

So, for Halloween, we wrote poetry using alliteration and strong verb/adjective word choice words.

This winter, we wrote poetry about winter using similes and metaphors.

We are now heading into spring. Could you have them do spring poetry using adverbs?

Sorry if that doesn't help!

That's what I'm reaching for, eliza4one. I'm so done with winter! I took down their snow haikus, and want to get something springy up.

We just did this in 4th grade!
From superteachers. The format is Verb , adverb.
A simple two line poem with verbs like; run, sing, laugh, jump
Super simple but effective
