Iím a believer! I was 2 steps away from replacing my much-used 4-year-old iPad. Last ditch effort: I called Apple Support just now. This was my first time calling them and Iím impressed with the results (fingers crossed they last) and the professionalism. Big fat yay!

Over the past few years I've called Apple Support numerous times for tech help for my iPad3 and iPhone7. They are always fabulous, SO much better than the times I called Dell tech support for my laptop some years ago. I am an Apple convert, and will never go back!

I called once when my DD had forgotten her iTunes password. Her dad set up the account and didnít think to write down the details. The phone support was fantastic! Apple is one company I wouldnít hesitate to call for tech help.

Is fantastic. My apple care ran out ages ago and they stay on the phone as long as needed to solve issues.

Thanks Amiga! Thanks everyone for the good reports.

I downloaded an update for something and I guess there was a program that piggybacked on it. That program is called a browser hijacker and became more and more annoying. My brother fixed it for me when he came for a visit. But now I know how to get help. Thanks!

Yes, Apple support is fantastic!

I retired five years ago and needed help changing my Apple ID. I used my school e-mail to set up my account when I received my first iPad for school use. The P and AP told the teachers to use our school e-mail addresses to set up our accounts.

This worked fine until I retired and purchased my own iPad. Of course I needed to change my Apple ID to my gmail account.

It turned out to be a little more complicated than I expected= I am not tech savvy at all! The tech support was wonderful! He walked me through the process step by step. He was very kind.
