I'm working on reading comprehension with one of my students (who I work one on one with) and I am assigning him a nonfiction book report. I don't really care what he wants to do it on, as long as he can comprehend the information that he reads. He wants to do it in cars. I had been thinking more of biography or animal, but I don't want to tell him to switch because a high interest topic is very important.Student is 6th grader on 4th reading level
How do I go about assigning the report? Is there a specific form you can suggest? I've found a few online, but you need to be a member of the site to get it.

I like to use 5 W's for things like this and then have them make a poster, they get more excited. A couple online forms I like, also, are:
