Gift idea for teaching team

Clip to ScrapBook #1

My elementary school has a special program for students with significant behavior disorders. The program has been in our district but the classroom in our building was added this year so the teacher and support staff are new to us, and most are new to the program from other careers or teaching specialties. They are really great at what they do and are also good co-workers. The last few weeks have been really difficult with some of the kids have really really significant behaviors and things just being really crazy. I admire how they are handling all of that.
Anyway, I would like to do something for that team of teachers/support staff but I don't know what. Something to say "I see what a great job you are doing and want to encourage you!" There are 6 staff total and they range in age from 25-50 and there are both men and women on the team. I work with some of them more closely than others because of students being on my reading caseload, but would like to do something for all of them as a team.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Could you wait for Valentines Day and give boxes of candy and a special heart shaped , beautiful thank you card?

I would just say, "Don't underestimate the power of the written (or spoken) word." Individual thank you notes (or even emails) could mean a lot.

Definitely a note, and maybe a stash of chocolate for those extra stressful days or some special pens and notepads that will remind them they are appreciated every time they use them.

You are a beautiful person for doing this.

I also recommend a note that somehow says “we notice what you do and how well you do it.”

And a bag off Hershey kisses.
