What is everyone dressing up as for Halloween this year?

I will be the Grammar Police. Shirt that says "Grammar Police - To Correct and Serve", and a police hat.

that have a big green marijuana plant and "420" going down the side of the right leg. I am going as a flower child, complete with tie-dyed shirt, flowers in my hair, a beautiful peace sign necklace someone brought me from Fiji, and a lot of makeup. We will dance the night away at a local AmVets bar with our favorite band and good friends. I do this in celebration of my misspent youth.

My friend is a retired pre-school teacher. One year, she made a spider cape and got a spider hat to go with it. I have spider earrings. I have worn it with black leggings and a black shirt in the past, but I actually found workout leggings with a Halloween print at a local mall. We are having Halloween-themed workout at my gym, so it will be perfect.

I am retired now, and very glad not to have to deal with the Halloween craziness at school. I do love giving the candy out at home.

Happy Halloween to everyone!

For the 5 or 6 years before I retired, I dressed as Pete the Cat. That was my favourite. My second favourite was Teacher Barbie which I took almost completely from my closet. The only things I bought was a pair of nude coloured tights and a red/black faux snakeskin purse I found at a thrift store.

When I greet children at the door, I either wear my witch's hat and a pair of dangly jack-o-lantern earrings or my Tooth Fairy costume (wings, toothbrush headband).

Happy Halloween!

I'm not doing anything social for Halloween this year. My friends decided to go out yesterday, and I just can't on a Friday night. I fell asleep on the couch for 3-4 hours in the evening, woke up and watched Colbert, and then went to bed .

At school I'm going to do cat ears, a t shirt with a cat on it, and possibly do nose/whiskers with eyeliner if I'm feeling really festive...we'll see! We have a staff dress code at my school with no jeans except for Fridays, so I'm mostly excited about being able to wear jeans and a t shirt to work!

We're doing 80s theme at school.
I'm going as my favorite album.
2 pieces of poster board + enlarged photo of album cover and I'm rockin'.

I'm going as a unicorn to school - the preschoolers come around to trick-or-treat so we make sure it's nothing scary. I need to find some cute face make-up to go with it.

My teaching partner, our para, and I are doing greyscale costumes. We hope to look like characters from a black and white TV show. Our clothes have a 50s era vibe. Should be fun!
