1.Successfully complete week 7 of C25k
2.Workout 5-6 days per week (this can include just the shred on non-running days)
3.Eat more fruits and veggies

I started "getting into shape" June 17th. I lost 2 pounds last week then gained it back this week. I am hoping to be under 155 when the school year starts (after labor day). I just finished week 3 of the couch to 5 k and although I am sore, I feel really good about it.
I run in the mornings at least 3 days a week and have been pretty good about doing the 30 day shred at night (even on non running days). I hope to keep this up!

I have been feeling better and accomplishing more of my to-do list (beyond getting in shape) since I've become more active.

I took measurements of myself before I started and look forward to Fridays when I get to check my measurements (I actually haven't checked them since I started, since I wanted to give myself time to see some results - this Friday is the first Friday to check my measurements--- I'm excited because although the scale has not moved, I think I can feel a difference - especially when wearing jeans!)

I am also pretty excited to start this biggest loser a couple weeks into working out -- I am hoping it keeps me motivated for the rest of this summer:-)

Was just at the doctor this morning for a check up. All set with my scales at home and how they match up with the ones at the doctor's.

So, here goes:

Current weight: 219 lbs.

Goal by Aug. 4th: 210 lbs.

BMI: 36.3
* This number is a real bummer for a couple of reasons. It's terribly, awful PLUS I found out this morning that I've LOST
an inch in height. I certainly don't want to ask "what in the heck is going to go wrong with me next?" because I probably won't like that either.

Goals:
1. To be healthier overall by first taking my meds each day

2. Walk a little each day
3. Eat more nutricious foods

Current weight: 146 (I think I have gained a lb or 2 since school ended! Yikes!)

(I know that might not seem like a lot to some of you- but I was 146 in January and slowly losing)



Goal by Aug. 13th: 120 (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA- but I'm still going to try)

Goals:
1. Have friend/trainer come 3 times a week at 30 minutes a day
2. Exercise other 4 days a week for 30 minutes a day
3. Jog 1/2 around my park at least 3 times a week, and walk the mile around the park at least 3 times a week.
