Itís not that all these men are drop dead gorgeous. Itís not that they meet and fall in love within a week. Itís not that the men are billionaires.

Itís that the school teachers wear skirts and high heels to school. Seriously? Who does that?

Iím beginning to think my romance books might not be that realistic.

Iím 5í1 and ALWAYS wore at least 3 inch heels when I worked in business post college. After my first half year of teaching (I was only about 25 years old) I gave that up real fast.

Great observation GG

I only liked dresses because pants arenít made for apple body shapes like mine. For years I wore heels all the time, then my neuropathy got bad enough to make my balance off enough to make me feel unsafe.

We have a teacher in our building that wears stiletto heels daily. My feet hurt just looking at her.

Even when my knee was good, heels at school were not a good idea for me.

I wore skirts and dresses all the time in my K class. High heels? not so much but cute shoes that matched my outfits.

I went to the school last week for a retirement party and one of the women said she'd thought of me when she got dressed that morning because it was a GreenBunny kind of dress.

I wore dresses and skirts for work almost exclusively until we were allowed to wear jeans.

High heels is a hard no for me. I wear them for weddings and thatís about it.

Okay, something must be wrong. I wear skirts with high heels every day and so far no billionaire, handsome man has fallen in love with me in a week. Are my high heels not high enough?

Oh please, I wore mini skirts and stilettos while teaching kindergarten .

Nope! I wore jumpers, pant suits that were actually shorts, and comfy, supportive shoes.

You might want to stay away from Hallmark movies. Those girls leave professional jobs to sell Christmas trees, wear white pants that never get dirty, drink coffee out of empty cups, and never carry a purse.

Yup, when I was a young teacher I wore more dresses than pants (again a pear shaped figure) and always wore heels (with thin straps it was that long ago) until I had back problems in my mid thirties. One one millionaire, but I didnít love him. End of that romance. And, I met him outside of school. What romance books are you reading where all the main characters are teachers?

Me. I've worn high heels since high school. Are you telling me I should have been meeting and falling in love with gorgeous billionaires all this time?? I feel ripped off.

I even have a picture of me playing four square in a skirt and high heels.

Lol, so true! It's like those movies where the kids are perfectly behaved the whole day. That's not real life!
