Here we go! Last week was teacher work week, and my first day with students (Kindergarten) is tomorrow. I know many of you may have already started or are also starting tomorrow. I'm doing ok right now, but I know tonight and tomorrow morning will be nerve racking.

What are your favorite go-to ways of combating the nerves? I'm getting a massage this afternoon, maybe some tea and/or stretching this evening.

I stay far away from my morning caffeine which is usually iced tea or diet soda.

I don't have any good nerve combating techniques, other than to be sure to get some rest the weekend before school starts. Good luck with your first day! Kindergarten is such a crap shoot - you never know what you're going to get!
