What's for dinner? I can't even think of what sounds good. Preferably something with not much effort.

I'm making a new recipe - almond crusted chicken tenders. They look easy enough, so we'll see! https://www.momontimeout.com/almond-...hicken-strips/

If you want something easier, there's always rotisserie chicken.

Waffles with ice cream.

We had big salads for lunch. Anytime we have salad as a meal we have ice cream.

Cereal

We have 2.5 days to go, and I can't muster the energy to cook anything or go out for something.

We're having grilled meat, potatoes, and veggies. I use whatever meat and veggies I have on hand. Usually it's chicken or fish, but tonight it's just turkey kielbasa and asparagus - keeping it simple cause it's a hot day. We have some grapes for a fruit. (We don't have central air conditioning and it's early enough in the summer we haven't gotten out our portable yet. DH may do that while I make dinner.)

I made quiche. We are trying to use up all of the food that will go bad. We had salad and fruit on the side.

Pork roast & sauerkraut in crockpot with Bob Evans potatoes & chives. Very easy meal. Leftover pork will become pork barbecue!
