Amazon... I can't log in

Suddenly, I can't log in on my Amazon account. I looked at an order status earlier this morning but now I can't access my orders or lists. Any idea about what's up with Amazon?

I just logged into mine so Iím guessing itís something with your computer/phone. Try customer support and see if they can help you.

Did you try logging in on another device? If you can log in on another device, try is rebooting the first device. That often solves the problem.

If the problem is on two devices, call customer service.

But don't Google Amazon Customer Service. You may get a fake number - happened to a friend.

When that happened to me a couple of years ago, my account had been hacked. It took MONTHS to get it all straightened out, because the original hack was of my email account (and they used that to change my Amazon password).

Definitely get on it soon! Good luck!

I agree I would get on it right away. When that happened to dh, it was a hacker who got into the account. It took a while to get it straightened out. He had gotten into dh's email first as well.

Thanks, everyone! DH has been working on it while I was visiting a friend at the hospital. We've been watching our credit card for any extra charges and there appear to be no unusual charges. DH thinks it has something to do with our password keeper (Last Pass) incorrectly automatically entering our info. Thanks again, everyone.
