What the heck is in them? I just bought the bathroom Magic Eraser and did my tub/shower. I used one - never has my shower looked so good. I am amazed. It makes me wonder though - what's in it? I have used every other brand on the market of bathroom cleaner - but this wins!

They are made from melamine foam.

I love them in my bathroom to clean up any soap scum.

I don't use them many other places though! I lost a security deposit on my last apartment due to them rubbing paint off the walls!

They are magic! But you do have to be careful. They can easily take the finish off of some surfaces, and will ruin others.

I recently used a Magic Eraser to clean the shower/tub in my apartment before I moved out. I too was amazed at the results. I have hard water and there was a lot of build up under the ledges that you don't see when you're taking a shower- it was pretty gross. It looked brand new after about 15 minutes and some elbow grease!

I use them on my sneakers. Soles that are white look dingy fast. Magic eraser works perfectly to brighten them up.
