Hi,
Does anyone use google forms for conferring/conference notes? I love the idea and want to get started but I’m not sure exactly the best way to set it up, like what kinds of things to put in a checklist or drop down. I’d love for it to be 6 traits or standards based too. It seems there used to be ones available to use on the “Two Writing Teachers” website, but the link isn’t working for me now. Anyway, any tips would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Update: I emailed the writer of the post and she wrote back within an hour with the link! She said she updated it on the website now as well. Still would love any tips from those who have done this before!
