We have a luncheon next Monday and Iíve been asked to make a dessert containing peanut butter (with or without chocolate).

Throw your best PB delights at me please!

We like it served with either the graham cracker sticks or vanilla wafers. Mini chips need to be used.

You can also put this into a chocolate crust. It is very rich.

Cookies??

If you want to bring cookies google "double delight peanut butter cookies, Pillisbury." That recipe was a million dollar winner.

I've made them many times and they're always a hit. One little problem, I can't find the Pillsbury refrigerator cookie dough tubes anymore. Now I use Betty Crocker peanut butter cookies pouch. The B.C. pouches are easier to use.

If you choose to make them I'd be glad to give you more tips that have worked for me. Let me know.

Great! Just what I need, another peanut butter recipe!

The only thing I would add is to line the baking dish with non-stick foil.

Maybe add in mini M&Ms????
