Anyone ever use this site to track food and exercise? I am loving that everything is on one site. Every food I eat seems to be on their registry. Just trying to get serious about losing 5-10 pounds. Both my husband and I ate vegan for about six months. He lost over 30 pounds and I lost...nothing! (SO unfair!) I loved many of the recipes and continue to use them but I think it was too many carbs. We try and avoid red meat and non organic chicken but do eat meat, fish and cheese again. If you had an issue with spark people or liked it, let me know.

I liked it and used it for awhile. It has a lot of nice features and is free (best of all). Certainly worth a try.

I used it when I didn't want to pay for WW, and I had success, but I was busy teaching, and for some reason, it was easier for me to keep up with it. It was just part of my busy schedule. Now that I'm retired and have more time, I can't seem to follow any diet! I'll have to check it out again.

I used it for years. I like the graphs of my weight loss, calories, and some of the nutrients I was tracking. Back then you'd spin a wheel to earn "points" when you logged in. I'm such a dork, I liked doing that! It's a good tracker.

I never really found many Spark people recipes I enjoyed.

I'm enjoying low-calorie recipes from Skinnytaste. https://www.skinnytaste.com
There are three great cookbooks from Skinnytaste but you can find great recipes online as well.
