Well, I've been up since 6:00 to start dealing with the aftermath of Thanksgiving dinner. Plus I need to get all of the fall decorations put away now, so I can finally move into Christmas.

Anyone else have a busy day of closing down autumn planned?

It is nearly noon here and I donít feel like I have been as productive as I wanted. Spent time checking flights for a vacation in early March, exercised, put up a few Christmas decorations and ate Thanksgiving leftovers. On to raking leaves (again ) then decorate at least the dining room for today.

Going to the boat parade tonight in Newport with my grands. No thanksgiving decorations to take down. Will pull out our tree (fake!!) on Sunday. We have a party tomorrow night.

My friend and I were out doing some Black Friday shopping this morning. I did pick up some pre-lit garland and a holiday table runner. Tomorrow, I am going to wrap and take my fall decorations down. If I have time, I will begin to put the holiday decorations in their place.

I plan on taking my turkeys and cornucopia to the attic. Later, we will put up the lights this afternoon or tomorrow.
