Not for me, but my elderly friend (he was my mom’s SO for 20 years and is like family). He is struggling with his current flip phone— small buttons plus it is very old. We are thinking of getting him a Jitterbug for Christmas. Just wondering if there is anyone with experience with them.

My husband had a Jitterbug smart phone. It had a large, easy to read font and was very simple to use. The monthly fee was not very much. I think we only paid about $15 a month, but he didn't use text or internet - so that fee was for only voice calling. You can also pay extra and get a medical alert service with it if that's something your friend might need.
