AR questions

Clip to ScrapBook #1

We have done AR Enterprise in the past. We are thinking about starting it back up again, but when I checked prices, I figured that it will cost about $2600 a year for 2nd through 6th grades!!! Ouch! We are not a Title 1 school, so all costs would fall on me, the librarian. Is the original AR still available, where you purchase tests and house it on the server? I don't know what to do!!

This is from the store. There is a notice about pricing. It states any new quizzes created after 7/1/12 will only be available through Ren. Place. It also states Enterprise customers are not affected. Hope this helps.

Or author visits, or magazines, or online resources. Seems a shame to spend that much on another testing program when there are so many other ways to get kids reading, especialy when money is tight. Do you have to support AR?
