What do you like to use in pasta salad?

Iím thinking along the lines of pepperoni...but I see it cubed or in chunks in pictures and I donít really know if it is pepperoni, salami, or what? If you have any idea what Iím taking about, pleeeease tell me what it is called!

I also like chicken in pasta salad.
I like cheese cubes, cucumbers, celery, carrots...sometimes Iíll even add corn.
Bacon is always a winner.

How about you?

Broccoli cut it really small chunks (and I drain the pasta over the broccoli so the boiling water hits it for a minute!)

Cucumber
Olives
Mini pepperoni
Parm cheese

I have a couple different ones I make, although I haven’t made either in ages (since they are potluck types of dishes and well, gee, I haven’t been to a potluck since.......).

With tricolor rotini, I add pepperoni slices, provolone, cut green beans, diced black olives, cherry tomato halves, and cucumber slices. I toss it with Italian dressing.

It could be pepperoni from deli bought in chunk then cubed at home.
I make a cold cheese tortellini pasta salad with pepperoni and Italian dressing

Artichoke hearts along with tomatoes, cut up peppers, celery, shredded mozzarella, sliced black olives, pepperoni, sprinkle with parm, cover in Italian dressing.
Edit

I never make it, but a friend of mine makes one with small cubes of both salami and ham. She also adds cubed cheddar and jack cheese and olives.

I never make it. I just hope to get a bit when she makes it for her family gatherings.

That may be ham that's cubed. I've never seen pepperoni cubed, but I'd like to try it!

I like pepperoni, mozzarella pearls, shredded extra sharp cheddar (for bite), pepper jack cheese (for kick), rotini pasta, black and green olives, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, yellow bell peppers, and Italian dressing. Pretty much anything!

According to my sister, itís something called deli pepperoni and you can buy it in a ďlinkĒ and chop it, or they have it pre-sliced in thicker pieces. I might try that.

Thank you fir your help!
And also, reading the responses has made me very hungry.

In summer, more fresh stuff from garden including cherry tomatoes.
In winter, more Italian style with pepperoni and cheeses.
