I really like the Body Groove videos with Misty Tripoli. It's easy enough for me after having knee injuries, and it also improves range of motion and balance. If you go to the Body Groove website, you will see lots of different workout options, so you can choose what works for you.
Team Body Project. Love them. Out of Australia so the accent is fun. Lots of choices: zero impact, low impact, standing only, equipment or no equipment.
One of my favorite things about the owner and trainers is they constantly give you “permission” to stop or dial back during a work out.
They really helped me with weight loss, body toning and balance. Highly recommend.
Thanks for starting this thread. As I wrapped and carried and cooked and decorated this season I found myself getting so sore! I realized that I really need to work on stretching my muscles and I look forward to checking out the recommendations you get on this thread.
The first link is specifically for stretching with Tom Merrick. The other links are from people I like to use to do their low impact exercise. The second link also has a couple of stretching videos.
I workout with Pahla B. Her workouts are 20-30 minutes and she has ones that work on strength and balance. Here is an example of one. Lots of her standing abs workouts involve balance and flexibility as well.
In the ‘before times’ I attended a class called Bone Builders. It works on balance, range of motion, and flexibility. YouTube has a variety of Bone Builders classes. Many are similar to the class I attended.
There is a you tube channel called Silver and Fit, similar to the Silver Sneakers program offered at many gyms. It is also on FB, but I find that the you tube is more reliable. They have several options for yoga, balance and flexibility, and mixed cardio. They are about 30 min. each and offer different levels and scenarios.
The FB has a new one every week, the you tube varies.
This fulfills both of your requests. There are a multitude of classes with various focus areas and difficulty. $20 per month, which is a bargain compared to in-studio prices AND they offer a free two-week trial! You don’t need any dance experience or special equipment. You can modify with things that you have at home. The Bar Method Online
