This is Bella. She most likely has liver cancer and her health is failing fast. Today may be her last day. I’m hoping the medication the vet provided helps, but so far, no improvements. She’s my little crazy muppet.

This is a selfie of my newest dear friend. We “met” during the pandemic when I started a zoom book group, and although she lives only a few blocks away, we now text daily. We have a lot in common and think we’re lucky to have found each other. Someday we’ll be walking together then going out to lunch.

unflattering, but i can poke fun at myself...

this is a photo i snapped on tuesday to send my teaching partner. (she teaches at our online school from home.)

for some dumb reason (cause no school monday???) i thought tuesday was the 20th, so i wore my patriotic mask--from voting week. i teach 5th, so no big.
wasn't until lunch when i was checking for info on inauguration and couldn't find it that i figured it out. (had to wear my OTHER patriotic mask the next day.)
