I hauled myself out of bed this morning at 5 and made it to my hour-long strength-training class at 5:30 a.m.

The instructor is a total beast. I definitely would NOT be training as hard if I was doing this on my own. I would not say I am ENJOYING this class, but I KNOW it is doing my body good and I'm working muscles that haven't been worked in a long time.
The only downside is (beside it being SOOOO early!) is that I CANNOT go to sleep the night before this class. I don't know if I'm so keyed up about the torture I know I will be experiencing or what, but last night I didn't go to sleep until after midnight and then was up at 5 a.m. I don't function well on five hours of sleep!
