Getting a website page on PP

I would like to add a slide to my Curriculum Night Power Point that shows what the home page of my website looks like.

I've tried the copy and paste thing, but that isn't doing it. I don't have a clue as to any other way. Any suggestions for this? If not, I guess I'll just leave the slide that just has the site address.

Have you tried to Print Screen the page? - captures a pic of the page that you are on.

Click on the Print Screen button on your keyboard, then you should be able to paste it on a slide. I've never tried to paste it on a slide, it works in word. Then you will be able to save it as a jpg. Then upload the doc or the jpg into PP.

Hope this works for you.

screen shot of the front page of your website...if you want to make it interactive, you could always put the link up (or, if you're REALLY good, you could probably make the picture a link to the site) and then it'll just take you to the website from the powerpoint. I've never done it but I've seen it done....

You could also insert it as a hyperlink and actually open your site when you get to that page. This might allow for showing some of the features!
