Classroom Chair Idea

Clip to ScrapBook #1

I am looking for creative way to make chairs for my round reading table (rather than using the regular chairs). I have a Survivor Theme and created a corner called Tribal Treehouse. This is the area my table is in. I thought maybe some chairs made from tree stumps would look in place there but not sure how that would work out. Has anyone ever done this? If not anything similar? Recommendations would be great. Thank you.

How about some 5 gallon plastic buckets turned upside down and painted in camo spray paint. You could also make some camo cushions for the seats.

I was already trying to envision that in my head. Thanks for your input. I will have to look at Lowes and Walmart.

I have seen the plastic buckets used another way. Fabric us used to make a skirt to cover the bucket and on top of the lid is a piece of foam covered with fabric. You can store things inside the bucket.

Electric Wire Spools

Most of the time you can get these for free, they look like sewing spools but they are huge. You could add foam and fabric to the top. Or there was someone who posted an idea for using those crates to make seats. Added storage too!

you can get these? I was thinking maybe Lowe's but not sure if they would have enough. Was debating the seat crate thing do but still uncertain. They could look good. Was wondering about space.
