Has anyone seen deals on these yet? I am hoping for something ridiculously cheap if possible I will need about 20 minimum, but in a perfect world, I'd need 60.

You can usually find them for pretty cheap at Walmart.

I've picked some up at a thrift store really cheap but usually the cheapest I see at Wal-Mart is 99.

I agree on Walmart. Only a buck and change there.

In northern CA we have a place called RAFT. They re-purpose discarded items from businesses for teachers. They took old binders and cut off the front and back of the binder, discarded (or used for something else) the ring'd center. Add a clip at the top and each side of the binder was a clipboard. Bonus is that if you have the binders with clear plastic pockets on the front, you can use these as a white board also.

Have you checked online office supply?

Some of the office supply stores sell in quantity for a lower price. the idea of using binders with fold over clips is a great way to utilize half of a child abused/used binder. I may start collecting those.
Thanks for the idea.

I have used the binder clips but put them on the students individual whiteboards. Dual purpose!
