I teach pull out classes for 45-50 mins a day. I want a behavior management system that will work for a short period of time and I don't want to have to spend money on a prize box. Any ideas?

Last year my reading support teacher just asked me what I used in the classroom, and she piggybacked what I was doing. See if some of the teachers that you are working with are doing the same type of program as each other, and you can just do the same. It keeps it consistent for the kids, as well. Otherwise, you could do something simple like having the kids earn a certain amount of stars on a whiteboard and then earning some sort of special activity once they met their group goal...??
