How can I make this?

Clip to ScrapBook #1

This year, I want to celebrate my student of the week, so I was thinking about doing something similar to what Beth Newingham does. Here's what I need help with: she has a spot on her board to hold pictures that the student brings in. How can I make this?

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

I'm planning on doing the same thing this year!

She used a product that Oriental Trading used to sell, but I couldn't find it on their website.

I'm planning on using photo sheet protectors like this: http://www.staples.com/Staples-4-x-6...P3970:CL141499

I cut a few pieces of construction paper in half and then laminate them. Then when the kids bring in the pictures, we just tape them up. My bulletin board stays clean and the kids can do it themselves (I don't trust 2nd graders with staplers).

I also laminate construction paper and laminate. Then put tape on the back and post pictures. I call mine, "All That and More" Kid. You are welcome to visit my blog and check out my procedures listed under the Informational pages: "All That and More" link.
Best of luck to you this school year.
Peace,

In the past I have cut a regular sized sheet protector in half and used the bottom half as a picture holder. I attached it to the board with a dot of hot glue in each corner.
