Anyone upgrade today? I did and I'm loving it! Getting used to the new scrolling and wondering if anyone knows of other fun tips/tricks?

Worth It?

What makes OS X Lion better? My MacBook is a little over 2 years old and I'm running OS X Leopard which means I'd have to upgrade to Snow Leopard first, then upgrade to Lion. It's going to cost me $60 instead of $30. Is it worth it?

I want to know more details before I upgrade...I am also running Leopard. I am curious we just got new laptop computers for school but I am guessing they are running Leopard or Snow Leopard? I haven't opened mine because I know I will play with it instead of chores

Will an upgrade come up automatically or do I need to go to the website?

You need to got to the app store. It costs $30.00. I just purchased this laptop a month ago and asked the rep if I needed to pay for it and he said no. I am going to contact Apple. I told the guy I would have waited another month if that was going to be the case. He said not to worry and till be free.

If you purchased a mac in the past month or so you should have gotten an email with a code to use to redeem for the free upgrade. Everyone else it's $29.99 on the App store.
