I've watched 2 videos. One warmed the wrap prior to putting on. Another put it on cold then warmed it.

Have you tried both? what lasts longest?

I haven't tried cold. I warm first, apply, then warm again with my hand inside a little zip-lock plastic bag.

The warm application definitely lasts longer. I also use the ziploc bag method.

I warm them first, then use the baggie.

I have been using a blow dryer to warm them, but I got my mini dryer in the mail yesterday! Can't wait to use it!

I hold it to the blow dryer with tweezers. Then place it on my finger. I do that with all. Then I warm a baby sock with rice in it for one minute in the microwave and press it on each nail and smooth and press and smooth and press . I go through two warms of the sock for both hands.

I'm a Jamberry consultant and I would say definitely warm your wrap up prior to applying. The Jamberry website has an official application video and it's great!

I have tried both ways and found I got the more wear out warming them first.
