I値l always be a Grease fan.
Quote:
HOLLYWOOD, CA Olivia Newton-John died Monday morning at 73-years-old, her husband announced in a Facebook post.

The star died at her ranch in Southern California Monday morning after a public battle with breast cancer, John Easterling, Newton-John's husband, said in a Facebook post.

"Olivia has been a symbol of triumphs and hope for over 30 years sharing her journey with breast cancer. Her healing inspiration and pioneering experience with plant medicine continues with the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund, dedicated to researching plant medicine and cancer," Easterling said.

I hadn稚 read that yet and am so sad to hear that she has passed away. She fought so courageously and remained positive and grateful for the time she had.

Loved her--feel like her songs were the soundtrack to my childhood! She's been ill for so long; I hope she can rest peacefully now.

She had a lovely voice. I loved her in Grease with John Travolta. RIP.

It makes me sad. I had followed her breast cancer journey through the years. She handled herself with grace and generously set up a foundation. She will be missed.

73 is just way too young. What a warrior she was.

I agree that 73 is too young. The human lifespan isn't nearly long enough for me. This living till about late 60s to mid-70s isn't that old to me. I felt that way even when I was in my 20s.

If it were up to me, we'd live to be 150-200. I'm serious. There's a lot of life I want and still need to enjoy! I know in biblical times, people lived to be several hundred years, but then we don't know how time was viewed back then.
