We are doing a school-wide PBL for Chinese New Year. Does anybody have any ideas? My grade level will be making a travel brochure. We would like to integrate math and science with our project. I'm going to try to get a travel agent to talk to our first graders. What other guest speakers could we have?

We celebrate Chinese New Year every year. We have a teacher from China and he spoke. We also order food from the Chinese take out every year. Maybe you could ask your local take out person to be a guest speaker.

An acronym for Project-Based Learning or Problem-Based Learning

Thanks for the suggestions.
