Id never heard of fodmap, so I googled it. Seems like this would be a tough one to stick with. Good luck to you!

Dr. Will Bulsiewicz (The Gut Health MD) addresses the FODMAP diet in his book The Fiber Fueled Cookbook. Although his book is not focused solely on the low FODMAP diet, it is a great book to learn about everything about the gut and microbiome. The book is available at Amazon at a reduced price or go directly to his website theplantfedgut.com/cookbook. When you buy the book, you can also download bonus resources about low FODMAP substitutions for high FODMAP foods.
