ESCROW CLOSED TODAY!

It wasn’t the sale that was hard, it was being prohibited from selling due to Covid rental moratoriums. But today it’s done. Big fat hooray—and thanks for commiserating.

Yay! Glad it's over for you. I know when DH was cleaning him mom's place because he finally had time, couldn't take things places to donate, no one would pick up, etc. So I know what a relief it is to have it finally sold.
