Love these fun pictures and will have to look for that subreddit. I've been enjoying my first cat for several years . She has given me many moments of fun and laughter.
My dd sends me pictures of her cat and I enjoy seeing the antics. She has one that does next to nothing (really-doesn't play or cuddle) and the other that is a character. Haven't seen many pictures as strange as some of these, though!
We have littermate brothers, and they put on an after dinner show almost every night. Gus weighs in at 16 lbs. Don't judge-he was 18 and is on a weight loss plan. Shawn is 11 lbs.
They run laps around the great room and up and down the hall, then wrestle on the kitchen floor. Fat Gus tries to tackle slimmer Shawn, but Shawn moves too fast. Then Gus screams and just summons all his power and body slams the hell out of Shawn. They freeze and look at DH and I. Shawn then comes to DH meowing like a kid with an ouchie, asking for sympathy from DH because he's a Daddy's boy.
I jokingly call it The Ziegfeld Zoomies. Or dinner and a show. Or WWF (Wild Wrestling Felines).
Cats are the very best! Mine always sits on my lap like a little person, kind of like the picture catwoman has. I was just snuggling with my cat this morning, thinking about how everyone who doesn't have one is missing out!
At my next physical therapy session I will be able to "brag" that I moved up from the medium resistance band to the heavy band. Am I stronger? No. Did my second youngest cat go in my equipment bag and steal the medium band and chew on it today? You got it!
The bag does have a zipper for a reason. I think I'll start using it.
