Daughter chemo update
01-20-2021, 09:06 AM
Thank you, kerrysgirl for checking in. She made it through the treatment and has been fine since getting home.
Her hubby is home the rest of the week. He's a really good guy!
I am cautiously optimistic that the next few days will be nausea-free.

I am glad she did well! Please tell her to take her anti-nausea meds around the clock beginning now and for at least 4-5 days! Oncologist told me to take them if I need them. All the chemo nurses advised me to NOT wait because its much harder to get under control when you already feel sick. If they pumped her full of steroids prior to her treatment she will likely experience major fatigue in a day or two.
I pray she has an easy go of it!
