Hi all,
Can any of you print all of your students' work from your computer? We have to have each students go to the computer lab to print their work individually. I'm just wondering if it can be done.

Once they turn it in, I can do whatever I want with it.

I'm wondering if you can batch print the assignment rather than go to each student's individually to print.

I'm no Google Classroom expert, but here's what I do. I open the assignment to see all the submitted documents. I click on one document, and it opens in a separate window. There's a toolbar above the document that includes a printer icon; I click it and print. Then I use the pull-down student list above the toolbar to switch (in the same window) from one submitted document to the next, and I print each one.

I don't know whether there's a way to print everything on one command; I have to order each document separately. Maybe the toolbar isn't displaying on your documents?

Sometimes I do have my students go to the library to print because it gives them a change to stretch their legs and take a break.

Why print? The reason I love GC is the lack of paper.

But you can open the folder in your drive, download all as Word Docs, and then batch print those. Or there are apps you can install to do it from drive.
