Day 1

I started logging my food again today and trying to really cut back on sugar and lose some of this weight. The positive? I am at or at least close to my calorie goal for today and have done a decent job with sugar. The negative? I. AM. STARVING.
I better wake up skinny tomorrow

Oh, crud! I'm reading your post as I'm eating snack sized candy bars...one right after the other! No way am I waking up skinny tomorrow. Or the next day. Or the next...

Going to cut myself some slack. First day back with students F2F, and I am exhausted!

I hear you. I always expect to be skinny after a day of making good food choices.

That's what I need to do. I am longingly looking forward to a single Hershey's kiss before bed.

I’m doing a challenge through my gym, with virtual training and tracking on fitness pal and I lost 3 1/2 pounds in a week.

That is a testament to nothing other than how MUCH I was eating before that .
