My Husband Passed Away Today

He has been ill for some time so I am relieved that he is no longer suffering but heartbroken at the same time.
I am remembering all the good years we had together and know that is why this loss hurts so much. I was lucky to have had him in my life the last 22 years.

Very sorry for your loss. As PT members we feel we get to know each other from reading each other’s posts. I have always been thankful to you for sharing fabulous teaching ideas or helping us find things on line. You wrote about procedures your dear husband was undergoing during these times of covid. Oh no! I had to stop and re-read this several times! What heartbreak! I am so so very sorry! My heart goes out to you! Just a few days ago I thought of you and wondered how his recovery had been coming along since his back surgery. I had no idea. My prayers go out to you and your family.

I am so sorry to hear that. I remember some of your posts recently mentioning some of the issues he had been going through-and understandably even when our heart knows something can be a good thing doesn't mean it is an easy thing. I hope that you have real life people that are able to provide you with a little companionship and memory walking during the next couple of days and weeks. If not, you know your PT family is here. You have been such a positive force for so many of us and always so willing to share and help us in our own posts.
