Clip to ScrapBook #1

Hi! I am a computer teacher at a K-8 Catholic school. In order to fill out my schedule, I've been assigned art for grades 6, 7, 8. Because our classrooms are all full, I have to teach art in the computer room. I do use the computers for some online lessons, but I'd like to be able to do more. Any suggestions?

Some ideas I thought of:
Can you work with photoshop?
Are you able to do a long unit on photography using school cameras?
Use computers to research famous artists and put together a collection of their work in a presentation for the class. Art history can be easily incorporated here.
Create collages.
Use a copy machine to photocopy collages and see the 2d effect.
Do a lesson of Asian art and then make origamis with the paper.
Create cards or calendars on Word featuring famous art.
Do some kind of web scavenger hunt and find info about artists, or certain paintings online.

Hmmm...tough! goood luck!
