I'm pretty sure there aren't any specific naming conventions, but I wanted to make sure I checked before I hit submit! Are there any rules on what to name the files?

I just named it what it is: Instructional Context Sheet Candidate ID

Don't worry overmuch about this and do not use your name. I just saw a candidate put her full name on it. I don't think assessors see file names, but I am not certain, so better safe than sorry.
