My sublator went off all nite and one of the jobs was for the teacher that I had that awful long term.
She has a different class of course.
I went back to sleep and had the nitemare.
It was a 3rd grade class and I unlocked the door and it was a mess, unplanned absence, no plans, no schedule 2nd day of school. I went to the bathroom and left the room unlocked
When I got back the students were inside looking out the window and I made them line up outside and lectured them on being in a classroom without the teacher.
I had a few behavior issues and there was a small iguana on a desk in the front. I woke up with the next jobulator bing

Wow, thatís not an auspicious start to the school year. Yes, Iím sure you thought, ďOh, HELL noĒ when you saw the job for last yearís nightmare long term.

Hopefully the this yearís nightmares will only occur in your dreams. Good to e-see you again!

I have those sub dreams, too. None with an iguana, but chaos none-the-less, always. Never a nice sub dream.

Every school year is different though. That same nightmare classroom last year can be a very nice group of students this year and vice versa. Normally Sept - Nov. is the time to get a feel for which classes are really bad for the new school year and what not to accept going forward. After Christmas, I tend to be very picky again knowing which ones to stay away from.
