Planning on Subbing this year. Is it worth it to pay the $49 for the SubFinder app?

I'm assuming SubFinder is similar to Jobulator. I held off several years purchasing Jobulator because I hated the fact that after installing a computerized substitute system there then appeared a program charging you for being alerted to the jobs. But I eventually gave in and for $5.99 per month I decided it was worth it. Just in the last week of using it, I've gotten more than 5 jobs. Be aware, both programs alert you to jobs, but you have to be faster accepting the job than anyone else. I have been sitting at the computer, the alert goes off, I click 2 keys to accept and the job is already taken. Probably everyone on this board can attest to that.

What are these apps?
Is it for districts that don't hire their own subs?
