I have magnetic name labels to put on my kids' locker doors. I wanted to reuse them next year, so I was thinking I could print their names on clear, removable labels. Has anyone tried this? Does the ink smear?

The ink will smear when you first print them for a little longer than they would otherwise. You can also rub-away the ink, but that takes time.

They won't look perfect on May 20, but this is probably your best bet.

For my cubbies, I have clear pocket label holders. I print out the names and slide it inside the clear pocket. The pocket had adhesive on the back. I have used the same pockets for 8-9 years. I think I got them from Really Good Stuff.

You might be able to print their names on the clear removable labels with permanent marker. At the end of the year, go over with black dry erase marker to remove the permanent marker.

I didn't know that going over permanent marker with dry erase marker takes it off!
